Payment methods

Payment for your order can be made in the following ways:

1. PayPal – Available in all countries
Online payment through PayPal using your paypal account or credit card.

2. Credit Card – Available in specific countries
Complete your purchase and pay with your credit card.
Use a debit card or a prepaid Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, AmericanExpress card. To ensure the absolute security of electronic payments with credit cards, payments performed using cards are processed through Eurobank’s “EurobankEcommerce” online payment platform and through the use of TLS 1.1 encryption with the 128-bit encryption algorithm (SecureSocketsLayer – SSL). Encryption is a way of protecting the privacy of your data until they reach their intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
In Eurobank’s secure form you can fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiration date and issuing bank).
For your own safety, we recommend that you are present at the delivery of your order, having your ID and credit card with you.

3. Cash on delivery – Available only in Greece
Have your items delivered directly to you by our door-to-door delivery service and pay for your order in cash.

4. Bank transfer – Available only in Greece

In your deposit you will need to enter your Name as well as your order number (this presumes that our system has already issued an order number for your order).

Immediately after completing your purchase, you will be notified by email (you may find the email in your Spam / Junk email folder). If an order is received until 14:00 of a working day and products are available, they are shipped immediately. Orders received after 14:00 will be shipped on the next business day. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days. For remote locations the delivery time can be up to 3-4 days. Products that are not readily available are shipped as soon as they become available. Products shall be delivered on working days between 10:00 – 18:00. Our company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping company or due to force majeure. In any case, we are committed to making every effort to solve the problem.

Shipping costs

Shipping to UK:
• For orders below £60: £9 per order
• For orders above £60: Free of charge

Shipping to the rest of the world:
• Maximum weight of contents: 0,5 Kg. EUR 8.40
• Maximum weight of contents: 1 kg. EUR 10.00
• Maximum weight of contents over 1 kg: EUR 15.50

Deliveries abroad are made using the Hellenic Post (ELTA).Any additional cost which is to be incurred from the handling of the shipment abroad is borne by the consignee (e.g. customs fee, if any). If and when prices are revised, the e-shop will be updated.
* According to IATA regulations, the charge for each shipment depends on its size and weight. In case the result of the titration of the shipment (LENGTH X HEIGHT X WIDTH in cm / 5000) is greater than its actual weight, the charge is made according to the result of the titration.
All the above prices include VAT. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email detailing what you bought.

Returns policy

If a product defect is discovered upon receipt, we will arrange for its immediate replacement without the customer incurring any additional financial burden as soon as we are notified either by phone (+30.2141000230) or by email (info@kinisisprogen.gr).
In case the product is not returned within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, kinisisprogen.com has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed to replace them.
If the product is not defective, it can be returned under the following conditions: a) the interval between the receipt date of your order and the date of submission of the request for return (by phone or e-mail), does not exceed 14 calendar days, and b) the package is not damaged and the product is in its original condition. In this case the customer is charged with shipping costs by mutual agreement.
